• WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the details you send are handled through WhatsApp under Meta’s terms.
• Technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process your IP address, browser type and request data to deliver and protect the website.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotations.
• To follow up on your pricing inquiry and discuss project requirements.
• To deliver, maintain and improve our website development, hosting and domain services.

• WhatsApp (Meta) — our contact and pricing forms open WhatsApp with your details pre-filled; nothing is sent until you press send.
• Payment gateways (e.g. ToyyibPay, Bayarcash) — for client invoices and projects that include online payment. Transaction data is processed by the gateway under its own privacy policy.

5. Data storage & retention

Enquiry and inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond, deliver services or meet legal requirements. Records of clients we work with are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required for accounting purposes.
